I'd say a dense city, if the city were cleaner, air filtration, less pollution and so on, which is maybe 15 or 20 years away.

Ps:The black plague in middle ages was much more terrible than the 1918-1919 pandemic in Spanish...It killed 1/3 of Europe population...
