Could underground communities help people not haveto move north?
people are already doing it in Coober Pedy, Australia where it reaches 50 degrees celcius while under ground it never rises above 20 degrees.
could people do it in the US? i think so.
they could use solar and wind on the surface for power or use biogas from their waste & recycle water by purufying urin (as is done on the ISS) or from other water sources.
this is what i'm talking about
