I'd like to share an article here with you.
The Cochasqui archaeological site is 3100m above sea level and extremely close to the equator. The pyramids were created with cangagua, a volcanic rock-like material. Scholar says the 160kg cut blocks of rock were softened with water and then cut using harder volcanic rock tools.
Did the structures serve any purpose? Was there a now forgotten civilization?
I'd like to hear your opinion. I've included the link above.
