In the future,much(or most) of Earth will be uninhabitable due to deserts,extreme weather and other phenomena caused by global warming,and coasal cities will be abandoned due to sea level rise,so I found some pics showing how urban areas would look like in a world full of wastelands and wicht the world population fell drastically(read the timeline,please,especially year 2160).

there are ways to make our own water from humidity and fog so i don't think people will take this lying down
