Secondly I will be sending observers to Northern Ireland, we need to address how to resolve this situation. Britain through its ill thought but well intentioned actions has allowed an area of territory to be annexed that did not want to be a part of the Irish republic.

A fascinating stance from South Africa considering the current government policy where only whites vote. Where the United Party and National Party has ruled without questions since the 1940s.The Union of South Africa would like to counter the Soviet voting call, with a call for a unilateral condemnation of all one-party states, as the Soviet union. Encouraging these to take the necessary steps towards a multi-party democratic system.

The Union of South Africa would like to counter the Soviet voting call, with a call for a unilateral condemnation of all one-party states, as the Soviet union. Encouraging these to take the necessary steps towards a multi-party democratic system.
Blatant accusations from a country, which counters any opposition to the rulers with tanks, as our fellow catholic brothers and sisters in Hungary most recently got a feeling of. You have to crawl before you can walk, something for the Soviet state should consider when it comes to discussing governance and politics. Furthermore, I do not know in what world you're living, it is all right for non-whites to vote white candidates for a set number of seats in our senate. I guess you have totally misunderstood our policy of apartheid, please see me clearing it out for you in this recording of a speech given by my self earlier this year:

And with that said we gives the aggressors against Vietnam and Laos, ONE (1)! Single chance to stand down or we will act in force to assist our allies!

The United States of America will not tolerate aggressive behavior against her allies!
And with that said we gives the aggressors against Vietnam and Laos, ONE (1)! Single chance to stand down or we will act in force to assist our allies!
The corrupt southern vietnamese regime has refused to hold elections, who are we to refuse the peasants of the south the right to rise up against the tyranny of the such a regime? The USA has no business here, only to prop up a widely unpopular and corrupt faux regime. We in Vietnam hope the Americans can respect the national self determination of peoples, as they have so often called upon in the past.
We also demand that the world condemn the blatent American imperialism in sending ground forces into south vietnam to repress the peasantry whom merely want a better, fairer life.

The United Arab Republic, and Arab peoples everywhere, condemn the imperialist machinations of the Zionist and Apartheid entities. Bans on so-called "communist" organisations have been used by colonialist regimes to stifle the legitimate demands of their oppressed peoples for self-determination, liberty and equality.
However, it is also in the interests of the Soviet Union to recognise the differing paths which our peoples take towards socialism. Whilst the writings of Marx and Engels have acted as an inspiration for socialists of all hues, it is in the interests of the international socialist movement to recognise our diversity of strategies. The great victories of Lenin took place in the Slavic world; in the Arab world, the organisation of communist parties is secondary to the struggle against imperialism and it may be the case that states have to act in the interests of its people before the interests of the communist parties.
In states which are actively engaged in anti-imperialist struggle, the operation of communist parties is secondary to the formation of a popular nationalist front against imperialism elsewhere. In states which are actively engaged in imperialist and colonialist projects, such as the Apartheid and Zionist entities, it is in the interests of all anti-imperialists to support the freedom of anti-imperialist organisations, including those aligned to Moscow and Beijing, to operate.
The United Arab Republic reiterates its commitment to non-intervention in the domestic affairs of all anti-imperialist states.
Further, and in relation to the silencing of the voice of the Viet people, the United Arab Republic voices its support for the inclusion of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in the United Nations as an observer pending its eventual recognition as the rightful representatives of a united Vietnam.
Finally, whilst the United Arab Republic welcomes the words of the Secretary-General against the continuance of imperialism in Africa, and shares his desire for a peaceful resolution to the horrendous ordeal which oppressed peoples have been subjected to by the West and their sympathies, the United Arab Republic is keen to express that this should not merely be a case of patronising Western philanthropy. The Arab peoples look forward to a future of African liberation and African unity, and thus call for an African-Asian Conference free of the interference of former overlords.

However if they continue to encourage tyranny and violate neutrality, the World will turn its back on the Marxist Leninist model and its proponent the USSR.
