I guess they would pray according to Earth's time. They would always pray facing towards Earth (praying looking up, down etc) and they would probably have their home planet be on Earth. Earth is our first planet and where the religion started. I guess terrorist groups like Metroid "Space

Well, there will still be crime possible once computers are everywhere. In space I imagine it will be easier to escape the changes on earth. In fact, the proliferation of computers might be the very reason people turn to terrorism. Some kind of space terrorism seems reasonably possible in the future.
I agree, the key words are some kind of terrorism is possible. This particular scenario is unlikely in my opinion.

Was 9/11 a joke?
If someone had told you 600 years ago that terrorists would fly giant metal objects into insanely tall buildings killing thousands of people would you think they were joking. Terrorism is real, and likely always will be, just because certain technology doesn't currently exist doesn't mean it won't be used in this way in the future.
