Just per-ordered from Book depository (free delivery world wide), thinking it will have a lot of striking similarities to Friedman's 'That use to be us'.

It looks fascinating. May be worth having a copy to re-read in the actual year 2052, when the accuracy of its forecasts will have been revealed. There's no Kindle edition yet, but doubtless free electronic versions will be circulating online before too long...
