The problem with that, is that its an extremely poor choice of words to use race that way. Since it is possible to have two siblings from the same parents and those siblings can be separate races. One is white and one is black, and its possible neither of them look mixed. Which goes to my point that you can't really get an accurate background of a person based on how they look. That has always been the problem with the classical notion of race, since it is extremely inaccurate and at times extremely arbitrary.

It is actually worse if you go on a global scale, because there are tons of people who don't really fit into the black/white race paradigm.

i think people with white skin will be around for quite a while if people continue to live longer and longer.
most of the Nordic countries are primarily white as well as is Russia and Iceland.
There are also alot of white folks in Canada, Alaska and Australia and Scotland
Granted most people will probibly be multi- racial but i bet that there will still be a good amount of people with white or light skin in 2100
