Clothing,Jewelry and acessories in the 22nd century and beyond

The matter is,how do you think clothing will be in the far future?I like history very much, and of course,I saw the clothing of humans since pre-history.This is a subject that I find very interesting(no,I don't wanna be stylist) is to compare different clothes through different eras. For exemple, the clothes of the ancient ages are different from those from middle ages, which are different from those from modern ages, and this are, obviously different from nowadays clothes.
An interesting point is,the male clothes nowadays aren't very different from those used 100 years ago, while female clothes changed and improved a lot,but male ones not,why that? You will think this is unbelieveable, but I think that the ancient male clothes(ancient ages, middle ages and modern ages) were much more beautiful, interesting, dressy and feshionable than currently male clothes.
So,how do you think will be the tendency of clothing?Do you think they will be closer to ancient clothes(or similar to clothes of ancient warriors),more coloured, decorated and adorned clothes or they will be similar to nowadays clothes?
Do you think that man will be more vain than women and will use more jewelry and acessories than women like in the ancient ages and in the modern ages?Or women will continue to dominate make up and vanity for a long time?Do you think genders will be more similar in these issues?

I think men cloths changed from 100 years ago but not as much as woman.
The reason is that in most of western cultures men don't pay so much attention to aesthetics as much as women do.
Thats the only possible explication I can give.

As for are future clothing it all depends on where we go. If we really take off into this futuristic idea mindset and caring about the future we might see sleeker, cooler (weather wise) clothes. If we keep the same mindset I think we will see the men continuing the same style w/ suits for formal and jeans and sweats for informal. If we end up living in high tech cities all the time (likely) we'll see clothes which would switch design, color, and texture on demand (using catoms) that would be used as a medium to help express ourselves. It really depends on where humanity is driven over time. If we become something of the Victorian age w/ repression and keeping private lives in our virtual reality than we might tend to have less accessories. If we tend to become an expressive society that focuses on art since robots do most labor than we might see lots of jewelry on men (since men tend to want to express themselves w/ their style).
