I love this story. Our timeline would end in LIGHT, not DARKNESS, like it does now. :D

Is this Superman? Is this Gandalf? Is this Mewto? No its 25th century average citizen in early 21st century!

Any technology sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic.

The AC was in hyperspace for 98% of the duration in Universe's existence. Given the unimaginable complexity of this AC, it makes you wonder what else it's been doing in there besides merely communicating with and assisting mankind's descendants. What if it has actually enormously expanded beyond hyperspace itself and one day it decided to create a new Universe just to satisfy a curiousity? I imagine that once you're in hyperspace or a higher dimensional plane, you would have no reason to go back where we originated in the lower dimensional ladder.
What are you without the sum of your parts?

Now change AC into Google ;)
"I walk alone and do no evil, having only a few wishes, just like an elephant in the forest."

"Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Weep, and you weep alone."

great story. I loved it.

"People Aren't against you; they're for themselves"
"If you don't want people looking down at you then grow up"
"If you know the rules to the game, play; 'cause when we die we all know we'll be going the same way"
