Will physiotherapy still exist in the future?

Today many muscles problems are unsolvable. You have a permanent muscles contraction and the doctor says that there is nothing else you can do except for physical therapy or to go see a chiropractor.
Then You go to see these therapists and they charge you 40/ euros per hour min and the treatment can go on for years and often with temporary or poor results. it takes a long comittment even to try it. i know that by myself as a several-injuried athlete.

I mean while organs can be regenerated, how do you solve chronic muscle problems in the future? how we will solve posture problems? like scoliosis, neck whiplash with a reduction of cervical lordosis, vertebra pressure etc.

Some surgery are even possible for these problems but the results are controvertial and very invasive. especially when you have to fix vertebrae into place.
I also hope that sport injuries will be more easily solvble in the future without keeping atheletes far from the ground for months.
What do you guys thing? What will be the solutions like for these problems?
and for the future I mean near future like 2030-2080

I think there are several options that will help improve this area. The first will be the greatly improved surgery. We are getting better and better now, and eventually we will be able to go in and work on very small an sensitive areas. Such as doing surgery on individual nerves, which we will be able to grow as well. So if you like do serious damage to your spine, they could go in and repair that damage. If we can do that, then going in and fixing different muscle problems should be possible as well.

There are also nanobots. If we have them and they are injected into the body they can scan for any problems, and help repair things at the cell level. They will also be able to carry nutrition and oxygen and stuff far better than normal blood cells. So even if they are not built to directly repair damage, they will be able to give our cells everything they need to they can quickly heal on their own.

As we get more and more precise tools, I think we will be able to solve all those issues. We can already manipulate individual atoms, its just a matter of translating that from a lab to using it on people. All these invasive surgeries will be done with tiny tools, either from inside the body or enter through just like pinprick sized hole

Thanks Alric. That was a good answer. I thought of NanoBots too but I am not sure if they will be used in surgeries any time soon. Peraphs I think in 2035 they will start to bring the subject into the academic enviroment and if we are lucky by the end of 2060s we will start to have the first nano-medics. Nanobots are the only way to access precisely to delicate areas such as muscles and possibly to solve these issues. At the present time, non invasive therapies are physio, chiropratic and osteopathy but they are not very effective. Thats why doctors sometimes like to play down the symtoms, simply because they know there is not much they can do about these pathologies.

However, I believe that thanks to the help of robot-surgeons, surgeries will be less invasive and convalescience will be reduced. That may start to happen more frequently after 2020-25.
