When Muslims will start to be in European parliaments and bring Islam doctirnes and views on society and institutions
When Muslims will become the majority in ceirtain areas and want to impose their views on the indigenous European populations.
When Eurpeans will start to feel not longer at home.
Is there any chance of conflict like in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus or Kosovo?
I am not sure about an armed conflict but I believe that Europe will go through a fase of weekly riots.
What do you think?

Yes if you see it like a bad thing, intolerance to Muslims and Asians in general will bring about the popularity of Islamist groups which will cause a vicious cycle of escalation of a violence of both sides. Also if it gets too bad and normal well adjusted people ignore the signs and don't take a third way, the whole of society might be polarised.

It's tolerance towards them with their intolerance towards everyone who does not think like thaem, that pushes Europe to this situation.

"Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Weep, and you weep alone."

I don't think that the amount of people with an islamic cultural heritage somehow equals the level of support for Islamism in Europe.
European second-generation muslims are constantly exposed to a secular culture which will gradually erode their traditions. Of course, the amount of islamists in Europe will increase, but they will probably not become any more influential than what communist groups were in western Europe during the Cold War.
The great risk is to build our analysis on the assumption that there is a us-vs-them situation. That would alienate non-political or moderate muslims from Europe and serve to strengthen those fanatics (on both sides) who crave a confrontation.
