I've created a YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.c...etimelinedotnet No vids yet, but you're welcome to subscribe. If you have any ideas for videos I can do, please let me know. As I'm rather camera shy, I won't be doing anything where I'm talking in front of the camera. They will be mostly animations, slideshows, that sort of thing.

Every year, get a video showing which predictions came true, and which didn't, then go into what's happening next year.

I know you said you're camera shy, and this is likely not something you'd like then, but here goes. If there's ever another futurism event on in London, try and arrange an interview with some of the high profile futurists that are at the event. It might help to boost popularity of the site and forums as well.
"Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for life" -Terry Pratchett
"And when you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you"-Friedrich Nietzsche
"The biggest risk is not taking any risk.. In a world that is changing quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks* - Mark Zuckerberg

Yeah, and you could also feature other futurists on this site for interviews about certain topics (like those with blogs, podcasts, etc.), or collaborate with others on your videos. I see that there are members who are into graphics as well. :) Mutual exposure for both parties! :)

What if we got celebrities to discuss about the future? That would be nice.

We can get Jennifer Lawrence to discuss about the future of privacy. :haha:

Not Hollywood celebrities. After they utter first few sentences, we'll instantly know they're clueless.

Scientist celebrities, YES!

I think Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson would be excellent for this.

Funny, I instantly thought of Tyson when I saw the phrase "scientist celebrities".

For associates: Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson. Throw in  Michio Kaku.

Why not create an animated Albert Einstein complete with a humorous plot line as he embarks on a journey of discovery to find the feckin equation E=MC to the power of 2

or something similar

would be cool to see a YouTube channel go up. I'm pretty new to the futurist scene and all so it might help me understand everything a bit better so I can contribute better philosophy and mental reasoning's of how future tech could work :D

I will instigate the singularity!
