What was your "DAMN, I'm getting old!" moment?

And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future.

Born in '96, which was a pretty futuristic year (Internet became popular and 3D game finally became normal) in itself and I keep myself in good shape so I feel no matter how old I get I'll always be a futurooni.

100% Yahoo Messenger! I grew up with Yahoo messenger and got a lots of online friend in the chatroom. I remember to sneak in my dad working room and used his computer to log in Yahoo. I couldn't even turn the light on cause he would find out   I cried when Yahoo was executed, feel a part of childhood was blown away :keeporder: :keeporder:

What makes me feel old? The fact that many people my age who I know, are turning into carbon copies of their parents, not excluding myself. For the last sizeable portion of my life it's been widely practiced not to follow the habits and manners of your parents but rather your peers. This could be the cliched 'rebellious' phase of teenagers attempting to discover new things and areas that interest them in their life. But lately it has hit home how much people have gradually developed to adopt the habits, interests, mannerisms and ,importantly, pivotal advice from their parents. I feel this is sort of an important stage in life and me being in the midst of it makes me feel how much life is pushing on.

Something that makes me feel old? Well, today i experienced exactly this feeling after reading a small and humble ad i saw in lift: "Kid's robo-club. We'll teach your kids to create and programm simple robots and work with 3D-printers"

What even is this? The whole thing happened two years ago.

I rarely feel old, just young. Perhaps due to being largely insulated from pop culture, perhaps due to actually being young. But when I see 13 year old whippersnappers on Quora and realize they were born in 2004, well...

Being super real for a moment, people younger than me make me feel old. Also I played StarCraft 2 back in 2010.

Current status: slaving away for the math gods of Pythagoras VII.
