Some time ago I read an article saying that scientists had found a way to create artifitial eggs and sperm from male stem cells(sperms and eggs could also be created from a woman's stem cells), and the technology could one day lead to biological children of male homosexual couples(and females gay couples as well) and single men men would no longer need women or egg donors to have children(the fetus would then develop iin an artifitial womb or in a more distant future male pregnancy).

Wil this technology make a social revolution? Will maternal figure become less important as a result?
