There's a glitch where, if a thread does not have any replies, it registers as 'zero views'.
Example: the Climate Change Scientific Paper Library thread. You'll see that it currently has zero views and zero replies. I know for a fact that is totally wrong. And you know how?

Yep. 0 replies, 0 views. Must be an utter failure of a thread, right? Even the thread above it failed.
Well... Have you noticed how many people are usually online? Have you ever noticed when the most number of people were online (users and guests)?

So what does that have to do with anything? Well, notice the date first. And if that's not a big enough clue...
See here:

Notice the number of upvotes plus the url at the bottom.
For good measure, here's everyone who liked the post:

...so at least four people absolutely had to have viewed the thread, otherwise where did the likes come from? Plus, in one day, there were close to 1,000 unique visitors funneling to that exact thread, to the point I recall that it said "302 user(s) are reading this topic".
If I unlocked the thread and posted an update, it would 'suddenly' register thousands of views. Which I very well may do.
So don't fret if it looks like no one read your thread— we have. The site just has a glitch. It's still glitchy in the Transhumanism and Cybernetics thread, always saying I've posted something when I haven't (which makes it weird when I actually do post something).
Edit: Just as I thought. Post a reply to overcome the glitch, and "0 views" becomes...
