I keep my photos/videos on Google Photos. Whether or not this is the best idea, I don't know.

Google Photos is focusing on privacy, as far as i understand. If you don't wish for your photos to be seen by someone else, then it's the best idea. Otherwise not.

Ok, then I'll stick with it. I'd like to keep mine very much private.

If I need to upload random (i.e. non-personal) stuff, I just use Imgur. It's very quick and easy – and free.

I will occasionally use TinyPic, if Imgur isn't working.

For most personal photos, I either use Facebook, or my own private server.

In the past, I used Photobucket, but it became increasingly unreliable.

I use Flickr for photos. If I just want to post a screenshot or something, I use postimage.org.

Please tell me Britain didn't leave the EU, and that Trump didn't win re-election.

No, the EU is smaller in comparison to spring of 2017.
Yes, another GOP canditate is now POTUS.

Sorry. And sorry for time alterations.

Big week ahead for me, as I'll be moving on Friday 20th, from south to north London.

In the last 17 years, I've lived in west, south, and central London, but never the north.

My new place is a bit smaller and more compact – but on the plus side, it's quieter and more private. It even has its own garden. And most importantly, it's far cheaper than I'm paying now.

I'm a little worried about the Internet connection, which hasn't been sorted yet. Long story short, things are complicated because it's in a separate building to the main house, and British Telecom (BT) aren't sure which line to re-activate. Hopefully this doesn't affect FutureTimeline and I'm able to continue updating the site without interruption.

Wow good luck wjfox! I hope your new neighbours are nice :)

im thinking of becoming a pornstar ive been offered quite some money and i think it suits me. i wanted to be a dating coach/pua  so i could fuck girls as my job. but i think being a porstar would be more effictiont. i am psychopathic having a low level of empathy i would also dominate men and transgeders for money and fun.

im unlike most people here most people here are really smart im not so smart but im 6 foot 4 blonde blue eyes and high testosterone i also really like validation and attention which a career in porn suits

You're not weird for liking games like Factorio. Don't take it to heart, people can be cruel when they encounter something that they don't understand, or that makes them feel inadequate. And that's just it, your friend probably doesn't understand how a person could like Factorio. Maybe you'll be a computer programmer, city planner, scientist or accredited investor in the future. Keep working and improving your analytical mind, it will take you places that folks who only play action games like Saints Row can't even imagine.

When I was sixteen turned seventeen some of my favorite games were Hearts of Iron III, Total War: Shogun 2, Civ V, Company of Heroes, SimCity and the Portal games. And you know what, by mainstream standards I'm a pretty weird guy, but as time marched on I've found myself surrounded by loving friends and countless opportunities and I'm sure you will too. Remember, weirdness is relative.

Dame this is making me feel old, I barely play games anymore.

In a sane world that would be the case.

I've started planning my courses for next spring. One way or another, I'll finally begin studying AI, so I'll no longer be a random layperson. I'm also going to download TensorFlow over winter break and have a look at that. Fun stuff.

Now I just have to survive this clusterfuck of a semester.
