Could we build battery with this and electric generators ?

Free energy is an oxymoron. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.

Energy always has to come from some where but it is possible to get more energy out of something than you personally put in. For example, using a wind turbine. The energy comes from the wind but you personally are not putting any energy into it, you are just collecting energy from stuff already around you. In this case you may theoretically be able to get energy that is already about in some form but it isn't coming from no where.

To really do anything practical where you draw energy from some stored form on this level takes a great deal of technology and knowledge. We did get down to the atom level where we are splitting atoms for energy, so is it possible we might do similar things to draw energy out of particles down on the quantum level? Maybe. In the case of specifically the casimir effect, I don't think there is enough energy that you could power anything even if you some how built an engine on a large scale to run it(which I am not even sure you could do in the first place).

No. In order to move your body uses energy, therefore that energy has to come from somewhere (obviously food and water)

Now you could use it for *cheaper* energy obviously, but not free.

However if you could consider solar power free energy. Obviously the sun is gonna die but not for a long long time so you're set. But even so solar panels cost energy to build lol...

What becomes of man when the things that man can create are greater than man itself?
