The polls provided here should be open.

Seconded. I also feel that either these or a new set of polls would be really interesting. It'll also be fun to see how opinions may have changed, and this could be a thing this forum/site could do at the beginning of every decade as a cool activity.

Agreed what if we ad to look at these same polls in 2030.

I would just keep these questions and maybe add some new ones.

The polls were originally created using a tool from Doteasy (our previous webhost). Not sure if they're still working.

It would be easier to just create brand new ones, using a different platform, and then I'll post links from the Latest Updates page.

Can anyone recommend a good poll creator – preferably one that's free, and embeddable into a web page?

P.S. I agree we need more features like this. I also plan to restart our artwork section in the very near future, and have a sci-fi artist who I've lined up.

Google forms would probably be the best choice. They're free, they can be embedded, and they automatically generate summary charts with the responses too.

Is there any news to share because this sounds to be interesting?

Has any progress been made on this? Its been two months since any update has been posted, so I would think there would be some news to share by now.
