Could humans evolve in the future to develop superhuman powers to be like superheroes from DC and Marvel comics?

Assuming it is physically possible, then yes. I would say most of these things are possible, though perhaps in slightly different manners than one might think. For example, just having a robotic body might give someone super strength, since the materials of a robot are far stronger and you could have like hydraulics inside the body for added strength. Flying you could do with build in thrusters or what not. If anti-gravity turns out to be possible and practical, that would help too. We have technology to make things some what invisible today, so applying it to a body is probably possible. You can't read someone's mind through just being smart, however you could be so smart you can read their body language and predict their movements, and pick up on any tell or emotions that shows through their face/body language.
Could this apply to an entirely biological person? Theoretically it may be possible for some of them, though perhaps more difficult.

By 2100, humans will have the same abilities as the ancient gods
- Ability to use thoughts to control objects
- Perfect human bodies with superhuman lifespans
- Ability to use biotech to make novel organisms
- Nanotech to seemingly transmute objects and to create objects “from thin air”
- Flying cars will be like sky chariots
