Kanye has no credentials to be running for a local public office seat, yet alone the highest one in the land. A few years from now I hope he's been committed into a mental institution.

On one side you can discount what he says for his mental illness, or you can discount his mental illness for his politics which the libs are doing out of poor taste.
Bipolar mania means you go through an extremely elated mood of feel invincible and extremely good about yourself. Most of the running shit and high self importance is probably the result of a manic episode, so I think it's poor taste to respond to it either in support or criticism.
His politics is his though, and while I don't support it, it's not like the end of the world that he believes in Trump over Biden, cause he's just one supporter among 70 million rn, you'd have to be fucked by a lack of self awareness to care about it that much.
