Wikipedia has a great repository of science breakthroughs sorted by year.

Here's a few:

Also, you could just follow some people on Twitter. A lot of researchers have Twitter accounts, and they tend to be very vocal about whatever they're working on even if they don't say things directly. Just read between the lines.

Next Big Future is pretty good, or at least was when I frequented it a few years ago.

The only other web sites I know of that deal with it other than the web sites posted above are

Similar to futurism one

https://scitechdaily.com/

-

Also like futurism

https://newatlas.com/

-

And some times

https://www.sciencenews.org/

-

And some times

https://www.sciencedaily.com/

Well other than that there does not appear to be many web sites out there on the internet that talk about it.  Well some times YouTube videos talk about this.

QuantumRun has a future timeline that rivals this site

They're far less well known, however, and likely serve a purpose of informing investors rather than general futurists of sci-tech innovations. But otherwise, it's an incredibly in-depth alternative to FutureTimeline.net, at least up to a point, and it's not updated anywhere nearly as frequently.

And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future.
