I don't think the issue is wearing clothes, it's about being able to take the clothes off in an appropriate situation and not having feelings of shame because some one else can see what you look like. Also being able to see someone else without having a reaction that doesn't even make sense in many cases. An example would be breast feeding in public, it's necessary, there's no reason to shame ourselves or other people over it. Another example is women in cultures who can't show their hair or faces without public ridicule. It's ludicrous and it is born from sexual repression.
