The Elf, which just finished a massive run on Kickstarter, combines the best elements of an electric car, a motorcycle, and a bicycle, and it’s manufactured right here in the U.S. There’s something for everyone to love.

The next step is to make it look better and more futuristic than that. You know, so it will be marketable and it won't become a joke on wheels like the dreaded Vespa.

My commute is 60 miles daily. I think I'll be needing something a bit more powerful than this invention. I'll probably go for an all-electric car, something like Model S of Tesla. When it becomes cheap enough, of course.
