The sea level could rise a few inches by 2100. Unlikely more then that.

Wikipeda seems to think that sea level will rise ~5m by the year 2100, so going by that it is going to be a good while before any countries are completel submerged, but if its continues to rise for centuries as also predicted and that rise gets worse, then it seems only a matter of time unless we find a solution.

^ possible sea level rise over the 21st century of between 56 and 200 cm (22 and 79 in). - On the timescale of centuries to millennia, the melting of ice sheets could result in even higher sea level rise. Partialdeglaciation of the Greenland ice sheet, and possibly the West Antarctic ice sheet, could contribute 4 to 6 m (13 to 20 ft) or more to sea level rise. - http://en.m.wikipedi..._sea_level_rise

If we don't cut global warming, then this is almost inevitable.

Quite a large amount of Singapore is less than 15m above sea level. If action isn't taken to reduce global warming, then yes, I reckon that large parts of it will be flooded.
