Few hundred years, maybe less. I can see non synthetic humans/cyborgs and androids fighting each other or being criminals this or next century.

I think the kinds of crimes we witness today may be gone by then as you say... however, there may be crimes helluva more nefarious we can't imagine today. We will tweak the definition of what a crime is... and you keep doing that, crime will always exist forever.
