TFP Student Action argues that the condom was a propaganda tool during the period when the Church was being persecuted.

“At that time, the Church had just emerged from 40 years of intense persecution as a result of the French Revolution,” the organisation says.

“The clergy, depicted on the condom in extremely obscene poses, were beheaded with the guillotine or drowned in a river during those years. The condom was part of a propaganda campaign aimed at destroying the Church, in which hundreds of thousands of Catholics were violently murdered.”

IMO if this is true, the relevant context should simply be included in the relevant section. There's no need to remove the whole item IMO

The mere idea we're now discussing a scenario where American military bases might need to be "seized" in the first place is fucking insane. The fact that the regime threatened Iceland right afterwards really echoes Hitler's ambitions which didn't stop at Austria.

This rapid Fascist (yes that's exactly what it is) expansionism makes no sense. We don't "need" any new territories in the first place, save for arguably Puerto Rico and that itself is contentious. It only makes any hint of sense if all the Russia collusion talk actually was true in the first place, because doing this takes all attention away from Ukraine and what I assume eventually Moldova.

All the fools who thought Hillary and Kamala would somehow start WW3 and voted in this insane administration suddenly have no qualms about the potentiality of ending the very "western society" they claimed to want to defend. Killing Europeans in Greenland would be the end of this current world order.

I'm not certain what happens with an authoritarian terrorist state which has nuclear weapons, but it isn't good unless the military brass and the Pentagon have had enough. They are the only ones who could realistically stage a coup if it's in the greater interest of our (former) allies and the general security of the world at large.

It would mean having to deal with consequences of heavy domestic instability, but that's being weighed against literally being at war with NATO or everyone defaulting on the dollar and sending us spiraling into a Depression.

From day one of boot camp, the military brass have been rigorously instilled to be loyal to the Constitution. It will be interesting how they will interpret it in light of current events.

He's right. Over regulation is holding Europe back and turning people against the Eu. The eu needs to back off regulation and reform to appear more democratic.
