Critics Warn US 'Doomed' After Even NY Dems Fail to Pass Renewables Bill
I wasn't aware that one "representative" of any "democratic" assembly in this country could act as a dictactor and completely halt the democratic process until the following year (this early in the year.) It clearly shows how there is no real democracy in this country at all when authoritarian practices such as this are codified into law. This sort of governmental structure alongside legal corruption (lobbying) should have everyone holding strikes until every single government official of the establishment parties is gutted from office and a new constitutional convention is called.A major renewable energy bill never got a vote before the New York State Assembly's session ended early Saturday, leading its supporters and political observers to call out the Democratic speaker and cast doubt on the party's commitment to climate action on a national scale.
Noting that it only takes 76 votes to pass a bill in the chamber and 83 members confirmed their support for the Build Public Renewables Act (BPRA), the Public Power NY Coalition on Friday pushed Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie (D-83) to hold a vote before lawmakers left Albany for the year and charged that "failure to do so is unequivocally climate denial."
The United States of America must be abolished, immediately following its abolition a new constitutional convention structured by referendum and codified by working class Americans from across the country and across racial, gender, and ethnic demographics must convene. This is the only way to change anything, no law nomatter it's public support, no matter its respect for even the legal democratic process currently codified will ever be permitted to pass legislation in this country if it truly challenges the interests of the ruling class.

And should the first convention not bring all of the required changes than there must be a second, and third, and however many necessary to guarantee life, liberty and happiness to all!
