Ukraine and majority of Europe are going to, for the most part, ignore him. The stakes are too high and they reasonably suspect Russia will use the pause to build up its forces for another attempt at Kyiv or seek further territorial gains elsewhere. They know some in the Republican party, like Lindsey Graham among others, aren't going to go along with this.

To know is essentially the same as not knowing. The only thing that occurs is the rearrangement of atoms in your brain.

Read more here: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/u ... abd1&ei=7(Tagtik) South Korean President, Yoon Suk-yeol, said that after sending some 10,000 North Korean troops to Kursk, his government was considering specific measures in response to the progress of military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
South Korea plans to step up support for Ukraine. The fact that North Korea has reached the point of sending its troops to Russia constitutes “a serious threat to the security not only of the Korean peninsula and Europe, but also of the entire world”, notes Mr. Yoon, who points out that Pyongyang has supplied considerable quantities of military equipment to Moscow in support of the invasion of Ukraine, and that such cooperation violates UN sanctions.
“If the two sides do not put an end to their dangerous military adventure, we're ready to implement corresponding effective measures, including strengthening support for Ukraine, in cooperation with our allies and like-minded countries,” says Mr. Yoon.
Don't mourn, organize.

Biden authorises Ukraine to use US long-range missiles to strike Russia - reports
18:45
US President Joe Biden has given the green light for Ukraine to use long-range missiles supplied by the US to strike Russia, according to US media reports.
There is no formal confirmation by the White House or the Pentagon of the move which would be a major change of US policy.
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has been urging for months for these restrictions on long-range missiles to be lifted, allowing Ukraine to target locations inside Russia.

Ukraine front could 'collapse' as Russia gains accelerate, experts warn
19 November 2024
President Biden’s decision to provide anti-personnel mines to Ukraine, and allow the use of long-range missiles on Russian territory comes as the Russian military is accelerating its gains along the front line.
Data from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) shows that Russia has gained almost six times as much territory in 2024 as it did in 2023, and is advancing towards key Ukrainian logistical hubs in the eastern Donbas region.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's surprise incursion into Russia's Kursk region is faltering. Russian troops have pushed Kyiv's offensive backwards. Experts have questioned the success of the offensive, with one calling it a "strategic catastrophe" given manpower shortages faced by Ukraine.
[...]
In the first few months of the war the front line moved quickly, with Russia gaining ground quickly before being pushed back by a Ukrainian counteroffensive. But in 2023 neither side made any major gains - with the conflict largely sliding into a stalemate.
But new ISW figures suggest the story in 2024 is more favourable for Russia. The ISW bases its analysis on confirmed social media footage and reports of troop movements.
