Units of Ukraine's 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade have taken full control of Berezove in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the Air Assault Forces reported on 26 March. The village is one of the last remaining settlements Russia held in the oblast — a region Moscow only entered for the first time in August 2025 and has since been nearly entirely pushed out of.

Russia violates Easter ceasefire 2,299 times; at least 4 killed, 35 injured in Ukraine over past day

During the last 15 hours, Russia has violated a recently announced Easter ceasefire 2,299 times, Ukraine's General Staff said on April 12.

The violations, recorded between 4 p.m. local time on April 11 and 7 a.m. on April 12, included 28 assault operations, 479 shelling incidents, 747 kamikaze drone attacks, and 1,045 FPV drone strikes. No missiles, guided aerial bombs, or Shahed-type drones were reported.

According to the General Staff, 120 combat clashes were also recorded along the front lines over the past day.

Russian authorities, meanwhile, accused Ukraine of violating the ceasefire, claiming Ukrainian drone strikes targeted locations in the Kursk and Belgorod regions and injured five people.

Russia threatens to strike Britain listing four 'potential targets' including London and Leicester as it issues 'sleep well' taunt

The Kremlin has listed addresses in London, Leicester, Reading and Suffolk where it claims drones and equipment for Ukraine are being manufactured. There are also several locations listed across Europe.

One UK address is in Mildenhall, Suffolk, where an RAF base is located.

The Russian Defence Ministry warned that the move by European leaders to allegedly ramp up production of Ukrainian drones was escalating the "military-political situation" on the continent.

Dmitry Medvedev, the head of Russia's Security Council, taunted European countries with a post on X, writing ominously: "Sleep well, European partners!"

He urged Europe to take the list "literally".

Robots are playing a huge part in why Ukraine is holding off Russia


Like I said in the other thread. Robots and a.i are going to be a huge part of war going forward. There is no putting this horse back into the barn. Nations will win or lose wars on rather they accept this.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense plans to contract 25,000 ground robotic systems in the first half of 2026, doubling the total procured throughout 2025, according to statements by Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov on April 18.

Fedorov said the expansion follows a meeting with domestic manufacturers of unmanned ground systems, where the ministry outlined its goal of scaling robotic support across the battlefield. “Our goal — 100% of frontline logistics should be performed by robotic systems,” he stated.

Ukraine’s Defense Procurement Agency has already signed 19 contracts with manufacturers worth 11 billion UAH. The minister added that procurement planning is shifting toward longer timelines, with companies expected to receive contracts for the following year in advance to stabilize production and supply chains.

Ukrainian forces carried out more than 9,000 logistics and evacuation missions using ground robots in March alone, and approximately 21,500 missions during the first quarter of 2026.

The Defense Ministry has introduced several measures to accelerate deliveries. These include allowing contract adjustments amid price changes, synchronizing funding flows, and increasing annual procurement volumes.

Imagine being a russian solider and running into lines of armed robots that mow thousands of your brothers down for literally nothing. I'd be thinking about going back to russia and fighting my government.
