Dyson–Harrop satellites: harvesting energy from the solar wind

I didn't realize an energy source other than photons could be harnessed from the Sun.
Given the problems with beaming the energy produced by a Dyson-Harrop satellite to the Earth's surface, it seems they would be much better as power sources for space-based infrastructure.
Can Dyson-Harrop satellites work with solar Dyson Swarm satellites somehow?
