The sun would be cooking this planet and the oceans would be nearly gone. It wouldn't be pretty!
We won't be able to travel to that far in the future even if we have a time machine capable of that. Our descendants will be so advanced they'll be able to detect us arriving to their timeline and place a time barrier so we won't be able to cross it.
To know is essentially the same as to not to know. The only thing that occurs is entropy.
