Gibberish English

Post by funkervogt »

I think it's fascinating to try and figure out what English sounds like to foreigner's ears. What must I sound like?

This old Italian comedy sketch, which approximated English with a phonetically matching gibberish song, provides some clue:

Note the similarity to this song, which an AI recently created, to mimic Jimi Hendrix

English sounds like a smoother version of German.
