I watched it yesterday, and can say that I expected something more interesting.Time_Traveller wrote: ↑Sat Jul 15, 2023 11:09 am
Excellent spin off sequel to the original, love to see other cities as well for example Birdbox: London.
The original movie I liked more.

To know is essentially the same as not knowing. The only thing that occurs is the rearrangement of atoms in your brain.
Leave the world behind
My family and I watched this gripping psychological thriller, starring Julia Roberts and Ethan Hawke.
Great movie – we all enjoyed it.
Definitely recommended.

28 Years Later: Danny Boyle and Alex Garland reportedly reuniting for third zombie film
Thu 11 Jan 2024 03.27 GMT
After years of speculation, a new sequel for zombie horror hit 28 Days Later is reportedly in the works – two decades since the 2002 original.
Titled 28 Years Later, the film marks the third instalment in the franchise after 28 Days Later and the 2007 sequel 28 Weeks Later. The new film will mark the reunion of director Danny Boyle and writer Alex Garland, who directed and wrote the first film, then served as executive producers on the second.
The new film will be the first in a new trilogy, according to an exclusive report from The Hollywood Reporter. Anonymous sources told the industry publication that the project would be shopped around studios, streamers and other potential buyers later this week.
Boyle will direct 28 Years Later, while Garland is on board to write all three films.
The budget for each film is around $75m, a far cry from 28 Days Later’s $8m budget. The 2002 film became a critical hit and a surprise box office success, as well as a launchpad for its star, Oppenheimer’s Cillian Murphy.

Jason Reitman wants the Ghostbusters to stop spooks around the globe
https://uk.movies.yahoo.com/jason-reitm ... 00008.htmlSat, 27 January 2024 at 10:00 am GMT
Jason Reitman wants to make a 'Ghostbusters' movie set in another country.
The 46-year-old writer is at the helm of the franchise following 2021's successful sequel 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife' and the impending March release of follow-up film 'Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire' - which he has written with with Gil Kenan directing.
Jason is already looking to the future and he would love the spook stopping squad to tackle the supernatural outside of America.
In an interview with Empire magazine, Jason said: "Now we're back in the Firehouse, there are infinite ghost stories that could be told. And not just in Manhattan – all over the world."
Jason's late father Ivan Reitman - who passed away in 2022 aged 75 - directed the first two 'Ghostbusters' movies, released in 1984 and 1989, respectively.

Moana: Disney's hit animation to get surprise cinema sequel this year
This wouldn't be a film I would like to see but it's for the Disney fans out there.

Moana is sailing back to cinemas after Disney's surprise announcement that a film sequel will be released this year.
The story of an adventurous Polynesian girl who sets sail on a mission to save her people was a hit in 2016.
A sequel was mooted as a Disney+ series, but the company will now take it to cinemas instead after a string of underwhelming big screen performances.
The move sets up a box office battle with the first Wicked film, with both scheduled for release on 27 November.
Disney posted a short first trailer showing Moana standing on a beach and blowing into a shell.
