2am ideally.
Internet used to be an escape from the real world.
Now the real world is an escape from internet.

On good days at around 23:30, but most days it's laying in bed at that time and staying wired on cheap entertainment via the cellphone until I crash and sleep 1 or 2 hours later. Not good but the truth.
And, as always, bye bye.

Whist I normally struggle to sleep whenever I am trying to get something done in the evening my body makes me feel tired and I need coffee to try and stay awake to finish the task.

The secret to get my lazy ass to sleep is to do something productive then go to sleep when my brain and body says "nope".

Drinking caffeine is probably the single worst thing you can do for your sleep! No caffeine after 2pm is best.

Sleep? What is that??

I never sleep. But, sometimes I watch other people while they sleep, and it's really weird.

Depends on the day as i usually go to sleep at 9pm but go to bed before then as i have to get up at 4.50am for work at 6am. But if it is my day off i usually go to sleep at 10pm but go to bed at 9pm and get up at 7am.

"Just six minutes of reading before bed has been shown to reduce stress levels by two-thirds and promote good sleep."
