I recently finished the Resident Evil 2 remake – brilliant, loved every minute of it.

A few highlights in this video.

Here's a game I wish they mentioned, Infinity: Battlescape by I-Novae Studios.

One of its great selling points is the seamless transition between space and the procedurally-generated planets. The planets themselves are huge, literally on the same scale as real planets and fully explorable!

It's in beta but full version is slated to be released in 2023. You can install and play it now if you want. ;)

It's all the more impressive considering I-Novae Studios is a very small indie studio.

Thank you for this! Space games have progressed so well from when I played Microsoft Starlancer. So beautiful.

Really late on this one but Detroit Become Human is really good so far. The writing is on par with a great TV show!

It was the 30th anniversary of Star Control II's release date yesterday. I missed the livestream but it can be rewatched here. There are developer interviews, reflections and community festivities!

And the original developers have won their legal battle with Stardock! A sequel to Star Control II titled The Ur-Quan Masters 2 is in development!
