Why be against advancement?

This has nothing to do with "transphobia". I strongly support LGBT rights.

However:

1. Not everyone wants or needs to be constantly bombarded with a mental image of sexual organs or other private parts. Imagine for example if some forumer kept advocating for research into penis enlargements.

2. Childbirth is an extremely painful process, and carries health risks to both mother and baby. A far safer, more practical solution is artificial wombs (see e.g. here), which other forumers have explained to you before, but for some reason you keep ignoring.

You post about this subject incessantly. And from some of your earlier posts, it seems to be more of a fetish of yours than a serious proposal.

I suggest you read the room.
