Can the "LOGIN • REGISTER" bar when unlogged be moved to the top?

Not sure what you mean. It's already at the top, from what I can see. Unless there's a different version you're seeing?

I could probably edit the phpBB template, but I don't wanna risk breaking any forum functionality.

I wonder what would happen if you put the code into gpt-4 and told it to fix the problem?
