CES 2022 is over. Here are videos of the highlights:

After watching those, I think the following devices featured at the Conference are likely to be widespread in rich countries within 10 years:

-TV displays that use something better than today's OLEDs (which are already excellent, but whatever).
-Foldable tablets
-Practical, affordable electric vehicles for every passenger vehicle category, from most major car manufacturers
-A "smart scale" or some other device that quickly and noninvasively gathers valuable health and biometric data. This will be valuable to people with health problems.
-AR glasses and other body-worn devices that seamlessly and accurately tell a person about their surroundings. These will be valuable to blind and deaf people.
-Much better, portable video projectors.
-Cheap health and location sensors built into animal collars.
-VR eyewear whose display specs approach or equal the limits of natural human vision. Note that the threshold for "equaling" the limit means:
*the display is fully "wraparound," meaning the wearer can't see the edge of the display if he pivots his eyes all the way in any direction
*the display's individual pixels are so small they are invisible to the human eye
*the display's footage is of such high resolution that it is indistinguishable from reality

What do you folks think?
