Today (5 December of 1992 year) United Kiтgdom, United State, Russian Federation and Ukraine signed Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances
According to which Ukraine gives up its third largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in exchange for the following guarantees
- Respect the signatory's independence and sovereignty in the existing borders.
- Refrain from the threat or the use of force against the signatory.
- Refrain from economic coercion designed to subordinate to their own interest the exercise by the signatory of the rights inherent in its sovereignty and thus to secure advantages of any kind.
- Refrain from the use of nuclear arms against the signatory.

Please remember that Z. reported, and kept reporting, that the missile in Poland was Russian.
Every official reporting is going to be "official", that it has anything to do with the truth is a completely different story.

The main stake was palaced on the illusion that the vast majority of Ukrainians wants be Russian.
And in Moscow they expect that the "clown" would run away, as Yanukovich did in 2014
