How to Find ALIEN Dyson Spheres

He mentions a search for Dyson spheres involving 200,000 stars. That sounds like a lot, but it's only 0.0001% of the stars in our Milky Way. So even if Dyson spheres are fairly common, you wouldn't expect to find one!
They are probably doing the best they can, but hopefully it can be scaled up in the future.
