At the risk of sounding not too different from a machine myself...I don't really get the context behind that reply. Is that a joke about how current AI video generating systems have a long way to go, or about how there are still people who hate renewable energy (e.g wind turbines)?
Only technologically advanced civilizations could design something like that and make it work.
