Paul Beckwith is correct. Vast swathes of people are losing their minds, thanks largely to social media.

I really wish these climate deniers, and others who seem to hate the environment and nature in general, could see just how nuts they appear from outside their bubble of delusion.

Most of them are simply dumb and ignorant. But a smaller percentage are plain evil, manipulative, and insatiably greedy psychopaths who exploit these issues for their own power and wealth - mostly the GOP leaders, fossil fuel execs, billionaires, etc. In the future (assuming we survive with civilisation relatively intact), it will be essential to bring these vile individuals to justice, through some kind of environmental court system, and make them pay reparations for the damage they inflicted on society.

We are truly in a battle of Good vs Evil right now.
