I found a youtube channel that is focused on how to invoke lucid dreaming and even sleep Paralysis for super strong lucid dreams.

I have naturally had a few Lucid dreams and learning to make myself have them would unironically be a good time investment. I basically get to spend some sleep time in a fantasy world of my choosing. Maybe I could even kind of save my progress like a video game and start where I left off next sleep.

I had always been interesting in various experiments with sleep and would be very glad to find the link to this channel a few years ago, but after I had sleep paralysis once, I don't want to experiment at all.
