Commenters seem to have gone on some sort of pitbull-related circlejerk, but very few bothered to analyze the video and its nuances.
- the dogs did not seem aggressive; they got really close and didn't attack. If they were really trying to attack he would've been finished already
- That being said however, the owner is clearly irresponsible as hell here. WHY ARE THEY NOT LEASHED? Also it is not a good idea to run from dogs. They chase

Guessing the brake pads melted. Must be an absurdly hot fire.
Though on that spookier but unrelated note, I am reminded of around ten or so years ago when I was fascinated by the fleeting, paranormal prospect of the ghostly phenomena of cars driving by themselves crashing into the technology of self-driving cars

Been looking at these videos of this "sewer creature"
I'm strongly suspecting this is actually a monkey living/hiding in a British sewer. Stranger things have happened, you know! But seriously, the anatomy, the motion, the eye shine, it all is starting to scream "escaped pet monkey" to me
Similarly:
"I ate that goofy clown."
