As someone who's not an expert in UK politics, would it be accurate to say that Starmer as you guys' Prime Minister is akin to how former President Biden was for us?

In that, in not addressing issues which lead to far-right rhetoric taking hold, you elect a temp reprieve only for it to manifest itself right after? How would UK members here rate the Labour Party as a whole after election?

Biden was vastly more progressive in issues of freedom, labor and rights. Starmer is coming off right of Trump as far as I can see on issues of free speech and censorship.

-Biden was pro-labor
-Biden protected the safetynet, disabled and trans people

Starmer attacks the safetynet, disabled and trans people.

Starmer is handing the UK to reform! Replace him now.

The truth is like America the majority wants lower immigration or they'll unelect you and replace you with someone that will enact such policies. Love it or hate it but it is reality.
I hope they're ready for working as a serf in the fields and factories. I hope they're ready for less rights and being treated like the immigrants that were doing these jobs. They won't like it.

This is why robots powered by advance a.i needs to do these jobs and we need to set up a techonosocialism that gives the benefits to humanity. Aka humans to get a basic minimum as in food, housing and the basics. Humans shouldn't be doing this labor at all. The far right wants the elites to rule and do evil shit to the little guy and that must stop.

We are dealing with a really radical evil here.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp890n51684o

How can anyone, at this late stage in the climate collapse, possibly support "maximising extraction" to get "all our oil and gas out of the North Sea"?

To say nothing of the fact that it won't even lower bills, being sold on the international markets.

They are literally hosting this as a poll right now: Going to take an educated guess and say this just isn't at all likely, but if I'm wrong... he's all yours...

The Green Party now has more members than the Lib Dems

4 October 2025

The Green Party of England and Wales has claimed that it now has more members than the Liberal Democrats. The party’s deputy leader Rachel Millward announced that there are now more than 83,500 members of the party in her first speech to the party’s conference since she was elected to the post earlier this year.

The Green Party contrasted this figure with the publicly available membership numbers from the Liberal Democrats, which stood at 83,174 according to reports in August.

Millward told the conference: “We are now officially the fastest growing political movement in Britain. As of right now I can confirm that the Green Party of England and Wales has more members than the Liberal Democrats.”

Elsewhere in her speech, Millward laid into the government’s record on climate, investment and international issues. She told the conference: “Whilst the government’s bowing the knee to dangerous dictators, continuing to support genocide in Gaza, and approving climate destruction at Gatwick, our Green led councils have been investing millions in cycling and walking infrastructure, thousands of low carbon homes for social rent, establishing Youth Councils, buying land for rewilding, investing in leisure centres, maternity support, community transport. Greens aren’t just talking about real hope and real change, we’re delivering it.”

Millward’s speech was delivered prior to her fellow deputy Mothin Ali’s. He told the conference: “For those of you that feel left behind – trust me I know your struggles, I’ve lived in poverty, I’ve lived knowing hunger. I remember having to ration milk so my brothers and sisters would have enough for their cereal. I’ve experienced homelessness, and we thought we’d made it when we finally got into a council house. Your enemies aren’t other poor people, your enemies are those that extract wealth from our society, to fill their coffers.”

And yet 30+ % of your country wants to double down and vote Reform.
That will deport 3 times as many people
Cut the f*ck out of investment in your country even more. Gut science, gut green energy, and privatize education!
Double down on attacking trans rights even through labor is doing a damn fine job of it.

People have lost their ever loving minds.
