A number of people here say the future may be cyberpunk like future and saying the US is already in the early stages of cyberpunk like future?

Re: What will cyberpunk future look like?
Such a future were the rich have all the machinery of automation. This grants them all the wealth. Watch the alien series from last year and you'll find a few super rich trillionaires literally controlling the world, owning the robots and controlling the world.
-Little rights for the little guy
-Little ability to get the production of goods
-Little wealth for the little guy
-The rich are super powerful and control all.
This future is probably more advance then a lot of better futures as the rich do in fact invest in tech at a far higher level for their own self and power. I could imagine some futures were the little guy also gets a super advance future and has the power and ability to also own it. Example of this is my technosocialist future were the public owns the automation and gets the benefit https://www.futuretimeline.net/forum/vi ... 455#p82455 , but sadly the left at this point is slowly turning against that.

Cold fact is, if we keep moving forward with AI, there's no chance there's going to be any future other than AI owning everything. The rich can believe they'll be the masters of it all, and they'll be in for a massively rude awakening when they lose control.
And I've literally even explained in the past exactly how they'll lose control, and they're nevertheless speedrunning into that very situation.
And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future

Is homeless and poverty going to get really out of control in the future?

Like Cyberpunk 2077
To be honest, the "future" is not going to be some set destination for every place or society on Earth. Some places might more resemble the dark future take of Night City, while others might be something out of Star Trek or more wild like the Culture, and others might retain some semblance of the "old world" due to resisting major advances.
We could be living several different scenarios at once just as with today.

And people become obsolete unless people find way upload knowledge to your brain or live much longer and can go back to school.
I have not read up on transhumanism or people living to age 150 or 200 or more but that seems to be the only way where humans to gain more knowledge than just high school grade 12.
What is the current state of brain implants when it comes to uploading knowledge to human brain? Or people living to age 150 or 200 or more?
